How to return?

To ensure that you are completely happy with your purchase, we offer a convenient 14 Days Return* at zero cost for all OEMShoppe purchases.

*The 14 Days Return period starts from the date of received delivery of the purchased item.

Buyers are required to ship out the items within 5 days after the request/refund request is raised.

Please note that your Returns will only be accepted if the following conditions are met:

Disclaimed: Change of Mind return policy is applicable only to fashion categories and restricted to certain items only. We will not accept returns for the following fashion items due to ‘Change of Mind’ reason:

  • Earrings
  • Handkerchiefs
  • HosieryLingerie sets (including women’s shapewear and body shapers)
  • Underpants
  • Socks
  • Swim trunks and swimwear (bikini bottoms, bikini sets and 1-piece suits)
  • Any other item that deems non-refundable

In the event that your return does not meet the requirement(s), our Customer Service will notify you before sending it back to you. In this instance, your return request will be rejected.

What products are not accepted for 15 days return?.

OEMSHoppe products that are excluded from 14 days return include:

  • Digital goods – such as mobile top-up cards, audio or video recording or software;
  • Goods that are perishable or may otherwise deteriorate or expire rapidly – such as fresh groceries, meat, fruits, vegetable and frozen goods.
  • Goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygienic reasons – such as cosmetics, swimwear and undergarments.
  • Goods that are temperature sensitive – such as ice cream and chocolate.
  • Mobile phones and laptops – mobile phones and laptops can be sent directly to an authorized service centre for warranty purposes; and
  • Items sold by Non-OEMShoppe sellers.

In the event if you have received item with physical damage listed above, it is best for you to take pictures  and send it to us using the “email” icon below after you have requested for a refund.
